Dare You Tell?! – Creative Story Telling Workshop

Dare you Tell?!‘ is a fast paced workshop using the genre of horror to engage secondary students into the art of story telling.

Working with top selling authors the studentsĀ are told stories, then asked to discuss ideas. Using various techniques the students are guided through the pitfalls of public speaking. The whole emphasis is on story writing and telling. The students will learn to build confidence when communicating with others. They will learn how to engage people when speaking, while developing the art of oral story telling.

Each workshop lasts about 90 minutes but can be lengthened or shortened to suit the needs of each school/college.

At the end of each session there’s a chance for the students to tell their individual stories directly to a camera and instantly see how they appear to others.
